This offer is valid only at participating Hotels within India for the Gateway Hotels & Resorts Brand only.
Package inclusions may differ as specified by individual hotels.
This offer is valid subject to room and rate availability at the participating property.
The offer will not be applicable on blackout dates, as defined by every participating hotel.
Extra adults and children will be charged per the hotel’s standard policy, applicable rates, and taxes.
Taxes, applicable as per local regulations and government mandates, are extra and payable.
This promotional rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or negotiated rate, including third-party.
Reservations must be booked for the Gateway Vistas Anniversary Offer to avail of the benefits.

Transportation will be chargeable as per actual usage
Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered group bookings; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or apply special rates. In such a case, group stay terms and conditions per hotel policy shall be applicable.
Neupass Loyalty Program members can earn NeuCoins only their eligible spends only on bookings made via brand website, Tata Neu app, IHCL central reservation office or hotel reservation office. Bookings made via any other mediums will not be eligible to earn NeuCoins.

In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
